Here are two menus to choose from
Private Dining A
Soup or Salad – (Choose one per person)
- – mixed greens, tomatoes, cucumbers, red onions, tossed in your choice of dressing, and topped with Mozzarella cheese
- – red peppers, hearts of palm, cucumbers, tomatoes, arugula, and Maytag crumbled bleu cheese tossed with apple cider vinaigrette
Entrée –
Choose three of which your guests will choose one
- – served with wild Rice and Steamed vegetables
- served with jasmine rice and steamed vegetables finished with a Lobster brandy cream sauce
- – served with fresh steamed asparagus and wild rice
- – served with Yukon mashed potatoes and au jus
- – served with wild rice and steamed vegetables finished with a brandy cream sauce
- – stuffed with mushrooms and spinach, served with asparagus and Yukon mashed potatoes
Dessert – Choose one per person
Private Dining B
Appetizers – Choose three
- – crab, avocado, cucumber and masago in an inside out roll
- – crisp oriental wrapped vegetables with sticky rice and Thai dressing
- – jumbo shrimp, cooked and chilled, served with house made cocktail sauce and slice lemons
- Asparagus – wrapped with phyllo dough and finished with fresh grated asiago cheese
- Bacon Wrapped Sea Scallops – grilled and brushed with house made mango BBQ sauce
- Beef Negi Maki – beef medallions with pineapple and scallion, grilled and finished with teriyaki sauce
